Conditions for Returns

Return Process
- Initiate Return: Contact our customer service team at Support@airvaultcollectibles.com to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.
- Prepare Package: Repack the item securely in its original packaging along with all the original accessories, manuals, and documentation.
- Shipping: You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at Support@airvaultcollectibles.com.
Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of (5)% may apply to certain returns, depending on the nature of the product and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will inform you if a restocking fee applies.

Processing Time
Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
