You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase on Select Items
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. The item must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. 
Non-Returnable Items: All Trading Cards are NON-Refundable
 

                                                                 Return Process
 

Initiate Return: Contact our customer service team at Support@airvaultcollectibles.com to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.
 

Prepare Package: Repack the item securely in its original packaging along with all the original accessories, manuals, and documentation.
 

Shipping: You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
 

                                                                      Refunds
 

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your card issuer's policies.
 

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at Support@airvaultcollectibles.com.

 

Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of (5)% may apply to certain returns, depending on the nature of the product and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will inform you if a restocking fee applies.

                                                                  Processing Time
Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

 

Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and is ready to be shipped.
 

 

                                                     Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping method chosen:
 

Standard Shipping: 7 - 10 Business days Delivery delays can occasionally occur and are beyond our control.
 

                                                    Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
 

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped. This email will contain your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of shipping.
 

                                                                   Shipping Destinations
 

Domestic Shipping: We ship to addresses within U.S. Territories.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Air Vault Collectibles is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Incorrect Addresses: We (Air Vault Collectibles) are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address at checkout.
